I can tell it's raining, but I can't tell what else it is? Or maybe it's just me.........:)
Hi Lisa,
It's a hugh statue composed of a sewing needle (the focus of the shot) through a button (the upper portion of the photo). It's worth to see this in person if you've never seen it. I'll see if I can dig up another shot of it in the near future.
