I love the illusion of motion you've taken here, especially all the people waiting on the platform. Many years ago, I visited NYC and was a little taken aback by the subway system, after having used the DC one for years. Of course, DC's is much newer than NYC's. That could explain it.
LA's system is much like DC's. I'll have to do a few more posts about the trains in LA. Thanks for the reminder.

It's no illusion, I was on a moving train :) It was a fun shot and I loved how it turned out. Used the nightshot feature to get the blur effect on the point and shoot. Pays to learn the functions of your camera :)
I visited DC once and thought metro stations were so clean, compared to NYC subways. Would love to visit LA in near future and check out the subway system as well. Looking forward to your posts about trains in LA!
